Scanning a driver’s license pre-fills all the fields in the  customer’s record including:  Name, Address, Date of Birth, Driver’s License Expiration  Date, Height, Weight and Sex  The customer’s State of residence is automatically compared  with the retail location to worn the operator of sale restrictions 

Firearm Purchase Approval

The firearm purchase approval screen guides the  operator through a number of entries ensuring that all  the BATF and State compliant information is being  recorded for entry into the gun book.  <ul>      <li>Approve/Delay/Deny is selectable transaction status</li>      <li>NICS Number must be entered to proceed</li>      <li>Last date of firearm Purchase is verified and multiple gun purchase form automatically  completed or reports are produced at time of purchase (3310)</li>      <li>Driver's License and Carry Permits can be taken from customer's record or entered.Expiration dates are automatically verified.</li>      <li>4473 Sequential number is produced and can be altered by operator with proper security settings</li>  </ul>

Bound Book Screen

The Bound Book entry can be set to be automatically  made when the Sales and Receiving transactions are  done.  Or, the entry can be set to Post after a review of the  transactions.  The entire transaction is designed to show all the  specific serial number related information on a single  screen Both the Acquisition and the Disposition are  easily viewed with all the pertinent detail. Integrity  verification reports guarantee ATF compliance 

Customer-Advertising-Screen-View

Customers can see the detail of their transaction along  with advertisements scrolling on one side of the screen  facing the customer.
